Polo Park East is a "golf and lakefront" community located in a quiet area near Orlando in Central
Florida only eight miles from Disney. It's proximity to the theme parks and many other activities in Central Florida
make it an ideal place to live.
We are an active resident owned, adult over 55, community. A new homeowner can choose to purchase a share
in the co-op or lease their homesite. Florida law requires that in an adult over 55 community, at least one of
the residents must be 55 years of age or older in at least 80% of the homes. All residents must be 18 years of age or
older (no children to live here, but they are welcome to visit; we still love our grand children).
